Think Bitcoin can’t be regulated? Think again!
Mobile payment startup Dwolla found itself involved a national story involving a cryptocurrency, the national economy, and any number of threats to U.S. security. When the Department of Homeland Security issued a "seizure warrant" for the funds associated with Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox and its Dwolla account, questions about whether or not the cryptocurrency can actually be regulated came to the center of our attention. And it turns out this currency may not be so slippery after all.
